[The normal making period expected]
① No make up, No blushing(body), No tattoo : 4 weeks
② Default make up , No painting(body) :  4 weeks + 1 weeks.
   * Special make up is not acceptable.
③ Default make up , Add blushing(body), No tattoo on chest : 4 weeks + 2 weeks:
④ Default make up, Add blushing(body), Add tattoo : 4 weeks + 3 weeks

  We need to take 2~3 weeks more times than the normal making period  for a while
  rushing orders or a climate of high temperature and a humidity.

* Making period is a little shorter than other dolls because we are making this doll with new manufacture method at a new doll factory.
We will do our best for send other dolls as soon as possible.
We hope you understand.

[Delivery period]
Takes about 5~10 days times after send out.(Shipping method : EMS)
Please ask about it to us if you would like to use another shipping company. (Airmail, EMS premium, DHL, Fedex etc.)

>Upper body color : Tanned skin
>Mechanic body color : Black skin
[About black, tanned skin]

   The work of dark skin color is very hard and takes a long time than light skin(White, Normal).
   And it can be shown a little dusts, marbles, some tiny holes, spots etc on surface of
   doll during manufacturing process.(Just, gate parts on body are excluded.)
   We don't remove these things because the skin color can be changed lightly or dusky
   if we sand on the surface of the doll.
   So, please put your considering before make an order.
   We don't accept any cancel, refund, exchange of your order as above reasons.

[About painting]
  We will wrap the body safely for the body painted if you choose painting option.
  However, the painting can be a little bit taken off by any impact during delivery process.
  We don't accept any exchange or refund by this reason.
