[The normal making period expected] ①No make up, No blushing(body), No tattoo : 4 weeks ② Default make up , No painting(body) : 4 weeks + 1 weeks. * Special make up is not acceptable. ③ Default make up , Add blushing(body), No tattoo on chest : 4 weeks + 2 weeks: ④ Default make up, Add blushing(body), Add tattoo :4 weeks + 3 weeks We need to take 2~3 weeks more times than the normal making period for a while rushing orders or a climate of high temperature and a humidity.
* Making period is a little shorter than other dolls because we are making this doll with new manufacture method at a new doll factory. We will do our best for send other dolls as soon as possible. We hope you understand.
[Delivery period] Takes about 5~10 days timesafter send out.(Shipping method : EMS) Please ask about it to us if you would like to use another shipping company. (Airmail, EMS premium, DHL, Fedex etc.)

IER body >Upper body color : Tanned skin >Mechanic body color : Black skin [About black, tanned skin] The work of dark skin color is very hard and takes a long time than light skin(White, Normal). And it can be shown a little dusts, marbles, some tiny holes, spots etc on surface of doll during manufacturing process.(Just, gate parts on body are excluded.) We don't remove these things because the skin color can be changed lightly or dusky if we sand on the surface of the doll. So, please put your considering before make an order. We don't accept any cancel, refund, exchange of your order as above reasons. [About painting] We will wrap the body safely for the body painted if you choose painting option. However, the painting can be a little bit taken off by any impact during delivery process. We don't accept any exchange or refund by this reason. We hope you understand.

● All international shipments are shipped EMS service only. * UPS, FEDEX, DHL etc. is possible, but delivery fare is verier expensive than EMS. However, e-mail us in case of want. ● EMS service needs 3~7 business days ordinary. ● Packages are precisely weighed after we process and pack your order. ● Shipping fees are determined entirely by EMS. ● Item being shipped within 3~7 day of receiving payment EMS in a box. (Exception dolls) ● We are able to notify customers when their order ships as email with tracking number.

Once an order is placed, it is processed. Any cancellation will be charged a 20% fee to cover the costs involved with processing the order and a store credit will be issued for the remainder.
For returns for any reason other than damage, buyers have to charge all return shipping cost and no refund of shipping costs. But, the Souldoll will not accept returns on items that have been exposed to cigarette or any other type of smoke, mold/mildew, water, or is returned in any condition other than the original shipping condition. And no returns on doll itself, sale or clearance items, or anything marked 'special'. All sales on these items are final!
Damaged products during purchase and shipping may be returned and exchanged. However, damages caused by end-user customer are not qualified for return.
We inspect all dolls and items before they leave our store to insure that they are mint has any accessory that is noted in the description. We will only accept the doll for repair if something is found wrong with the doll and we are notified of this within 3 days of the date of delivery. Damaged shipments must be reported immediately with the item(s), all papers, packing materials, wrapping, original boxes, etc. retained. Damage will be reported to EMS service and a damage claim initiated. Following inspection, damaged merchandise can be returned for an exchange of the same item only, no exceptions.
Upon shipping, all dolls are in mint condition and have never been removed from packaging, unless otherwise specified before shipping. If you should receive a damaged doll due to shipping, please e-mail us and we will gladly resend another doll. We will gladly credit any shipping charges incurred once we have received the damaged merchandise. Please remember to keep all packaging of damaged goods. We will inform you how to return the damaged product via post office.

Is there any chance that the female Souloid body will be released later in other skintones? I would love to see a white skin/ silver body combo, especially if we could choose the head! I think Asen would look great on this body. <3

I think the body looks great and I really like the skin color but would it be possible to choose a different head? This head looks too realistic + childlike for my taste. If she is realistic with such large breasts, i would prefer a more mature sculpt.
Also would normal human parts be available in this dark tan skin color in case I want to change her?
